AIM™ Functionality, or Angio IVUS Mapping, allows the user to link a 2-D or 3-D QCA based angiographic roadmap to the corresponding IVUS cross-section. Physicians and staff can now view the IVUS and Angio images side-by-side, and combine the lumen and spatial orientation information from angio with the plaque burden and positive remodeling data provided by IVUS.
